Positives:
All the extra little decorated details are quite lovely. As was the outdoor spa and pool. I was very excited about the Jacuzzi tub in the room. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable after many hours of driving.
Negatives:
There clearly needs to be some additional upkeep. The bathroom faucet was very jiggly (not attached to the sink any longer) and I had to hold it when turning the water on. The icemaker was completely dismantled, and the manager/owner (?) had to come out and release the ice into my bucket for me.

The room was nice. close to a nice park where we rode the bikes from the hotel. it was so nice and fun!

not much . resort fee. really? should have never been applied . beds were confortable.
Negatives:
Staff was never on property. 7 pm check in had to wait 30 min for her to show up. No coffee in morning 9am Had to wait 30 min for that and new coffee was made on top of old coffee .. not good. room was old and shower curtain was sub optimal. toilet seat needs to be replaced in room 3 . well worn to say the least.

Positives:
Booking.Com. Made a recirvation for me at the Wrong Location. And Billed me for it anyways. After I was Told by one of there Customer Service agent that I wouldn't be billed and all taken care of.

WE could not find any lightswitch for the bathroom sink area. There was no soap for the shower. The beds were old and too soft.

The building was beautiful the rooms have great potential.
Negatives:
The toilet had feces in it from whoever used it before, and the microwave had old food in it that was moldy. It was quite dirty pretty disgusting. I went and bought disinfecting wipes to wipe out the bathtub so my sons could take a bubble bath.
The breakfast is pretty disappointing to eat was literally nothing. They had a waffle station, but they didn’t have it set up. It was just cereal and bagels, a few pieces of fruit but they advertise a completely different breakfast for the price I would never stay there again it’s unfortunate the building has such good potential.
I honestly would like my money back it wasn’t worth it.

The automatic door lock broke multiple times to the point that I was locked out of my room. It was stressful. My toilet kept breaking which was unpleasant. The room was quite shabby.

Facilities are a little old and worn in. Fireplace didn't work, no water bottles provided, coffee maker seemed really old (provide Kuerigs for crying out loud!) Beds were super uncomfortable.
