Positives:
Lots of room, comfortable bed, the layout
Negatives:
The lights malfunctioned we could not sleep. Floor was soaking wet I think because a water leak. Breakfast had almost no food.

The hotel was dirty The room had old furniture in which the leather was worn and torn The sleeper bed springs were broken so the cushion on the sofa were popping up You could see dirt in the corner and above the doors Very BAD

I didnt like anything about this hotel the room smelled so bad it made me sick and also was a barking dog so I went to the manager on duty and asked if we could get another room manager was very ruid said there was no other room available so we left

Boring. Not what it could be. The same stuff.
Negatives:
The TV in the living room didn't have a remote. Had to call for help with that. The toilet in the main bedroom wasn't bolted down to the floor. The toilet in the upstairs restroom was clogged up from the beginning of our stay. The sofa bed that my son sleep on had springs popping out of the mattress. And there was stains on the mattress. When my daughter asked for more towels the receptionist was really rude. This place needs to be inspected. Also the spa was closed.

I wouldn't recommend this place.
Positives:
All the staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant. I was sad the jacuzzi was under repair But the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was good but way too crowed so i ate there only once. We were going to the convention center for a venue so the location was perfect. Right across the steet!
Negatives:
The property is abit dated so the front door was sometimes difficult to open and the plumbing fixtures were also worn and had snall issues but overall a great stay for us the battery in the smoke akarm started beeping to indicate a liw battery and maintence had it replaced in a matter of minutes after i reported it.
