Cockroaches in our room they wont refund my stay

Website says breakfast and business center it does not have either. The business center was a must for this stay and we had to find another source. I would not recommend this motel.

Plenty of room for boat parking, central location

Room wasn't great, towels were like paper, TP was the worst I've ever used and there were cockroaches! Lot's of unsavory people walking around at night. Cops were called at least once. Should be around $--- to stay there...

Ppl next door was load, room was hot, AC did not cool off room, huge cockroachs in the room.

The floor dirty and blanket has food/dirt crumbs. Light in the hallway to bathroom dead. Ceiling fan not working. Smell very bad. Had to change room.

There was no customer service at all. I ask that the tv did not work, no shampoo, no hand soap and did not care at all when to the store and got what I needed, tv I try and try and give up. Hope this does not happen to someone else.

Location 0f property and staff were very good.

Room floor was dirty and there was no advertised breakfast the next day. The exterior of the property needs a face lift and is a bit run down. The price of the room was too high considering the condition of this Motel and the lack of advertized breakfast

There was literally nothing to like at all.
Negatives:
A total dump and a total rip-off as I stated earlier. The Motel was old, run down, outdated, no Lobby staff for assistance, just a night window with one person that isn't open for 24 hour service, no Lobby for a continental breakfast, no running hot water in the shower, broken interior door lock on the front motel room door, no discount or accommodations given for not having any hot water in the shower.
Review
The second worst motel experience of my life. An absolute rip-off.
