Positives:
The property is really beautiful. We could have stayed on property the whole time. I especially liked the three pools, one being for families and the others adults only. Having Coola sunscreen by the pool is a nice touch.
Negatives:
We stayed in a Regency room. We wished there was a coffee maker in the room (although easy enough to walk to the restaurant for it). And it would have been nice to have had a window that opened in the bathroom or an exhaust fan. The shower was super small but great water pressure.

walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. clean and spacious rooms. they clean everyday and put things tidy and perfect.
Negatives:
they tried to charge us extra when we were checking out. we were told that its for the amenities charge. like it wasnt included in the booking fee. they removed the charges when they found out we didnt owe anything as it was included in the booking fee altogether. so make sure to check and ask questions when you stay or booked in this place.
