Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Monday, Apr 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Monday, Apr 22nd, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Apr 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Apr 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy
