Extended Stay America Suites - Palm Springs - Airport

Negatives: Breakfast is bad. Just muffin and oatmeal. And bed frame is iron so sound anytime. So I can't sleep...

Negatives: My Room # 103 stink like sewer specially the bathroom, there were no shampoo and conditioners. And their continental breakfast was set up. They didn't care for their customers.

Negatives: Chipped doors, rails, garish red lobby paint, stained carpets, bfast muffins like Hostess style

Negatives: For god sake just leave the guest the toiletries, and if you call the room “studio- with kitchen, leave some basic kitchen items. Covid excuse is not cutting it. I find it annoying to go ask the cleaner for some shampoo and they sent me downstairs. A motel can do better than this.

Negatives: We were stranded when our flight was canceled. Extended Stay has one of the last rooms available in the Palm Springs area and completely took advantage. It was price gouging at its worst charigung $600 for a room that should have been $60. The room was clean enough but everything in it was worn & sad. The heat/cooling system did not work. Do not recommend.

Negatives: Our stay at Extended Stay America - Palm Springs - Airport was nothing short of a nightmare. As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by bugs on the counter when the lights came on, accompanied by a persistently dripping tap. The unsettling moment reached its peak when a cockroach scurried across the floor as we deliberated our next steps. The room itself was dated and emitted an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a sweaty gym bag. To make matters worse, our disappointment was shared by other guests who were also expressing their discontent with their rooms simultaneously. This collective dissatisfaction underscored the widespread issues at the accommodation, indicating a need for urgent improvements across the board. When we reported the bugs at the front desk, the staff didn't seem surprised. While they handled our complaint with politeness and promptly canceled our reservation, it was disheartening to sense an apparent lack of surprise, suggesting that issues like bugs might be a known problem. I empathize with the front desk staff, as their professionalism shone through despite the challenges. It's unfortunate that they find themselves working for a company seemingly indifferent to the upkeep of the hotel, leaving both guests and employees in a less than ideal situation.

Negatives: No dislikes

Negatives: The toilet was plugged in the 1st room they gave me and a few hairs in bathtub and area. The second room was better but the noise from the floor above was very evident.

Negatives: Pool was filthy, room smelled bad, bed was awfully uncomfortable, “breakfast” was a joke

Negatives: The facility is a little dated and there is no ice machine in the building.
