Convenient. We were across the street from down town strip. Which we ended up walking up and down enjoying the shops and restaurants. Spent a whole day in the pool. And enjoyed their cucumber water next to the bar.

Good location, easy to walk around area. Staff was very nice. The shuttle to and from the airport was very nice and accommodating. Room service came every day even when I was told they only service rooms up until noon.
Negatives:
Pool could use an update in the planters. The fake green grass looked cheap. I didn't like the lack of food service or that the only thing open was the bar M-T.

Positives:
Great location, great size room I got a room with a poolside patio which I booked and was glad I did. Had food 2 of the nights which was really good too. Friendly staff all round from the reception staff, the cleaning staff on a morning to the barman on the evenings.
The hotel and location in general were perfect , nothing like I'd experienced before as I came from the UK but I will be back, (if I get the discount promised for my good review hahaha*)

There was nothing that I found value in at the hotel. It was just "fine."
Negatives:
The restaurant and bar weren't operating, so no food was on site. I had to ask for housekeeping to make up my room. The nightstand in my room had drawers that didn't shut so I hit my knee on it in the middle of the night. The lamp didn't work. There was no mini-bar or not even a place to buy water or drinks on site. The shower curtain needed to be replaced, and the shower head was so calcified it was clearly old. This hotel had a weird vibe. The front desk was weird, it was dead inside and honestly I didn't like any of it.

Hotel has a great location, everything is walking distance; they have a bar in the lobby, they offer happy hour. Our room was very big, comfortable queen size beds, nice balcony. Parking is included in the price, only valet.

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience with a door alarm going off in our 2 queen bedroom at 130am. This lasted in and off for about an hour. We were then switched to a kingsize and rollaway bed room at 3am. This room was in an area of a lot of morning and evening foot traffic. The jacuzzi had only 3 jets working. The pool are is quite lovely but pool is certainly not heated. The bar, restaurant and Giftshop are only open Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday. Although coffee machine and pod are provided in the room there is no food service. We were not told of these closures upon check in, the valet told us when we were asking about dinner recommendations. Most of the staff were nice. What was my first inexperience in Palm Sorings was definitely marred by the hotel experience.
