The amenities provided did not match what was advertised.
Negatives:
The ice machines were either out of ice of out of order, the pool restrooms were closed. There was no complimentary breakfast as advertised. Building and structures are in desperate need of some upgrades. I was charged for the nights although I booked and stayed for two. The staff is magically unavailable at all times of the day.

The AC wasn't working in one room, had to have them come down and check, said they were going to move rooms, said i was going to get an upgrade, moved me to a 2 queen room upstairs, very small, problem in that room with the AC also, called down said they were going to move us again, instead of them coming to the room we had to go back and forth for new keys and still for what we paid not the best, yes remodeled but floors were not tacked down properly, AC's not working and very very small. Went to the Pool area the following day and it was nasty dirty, looked like no one did the upkeep in weeks. Looks like an older motel, purchased and updated but not upkept. Would not recommend to stay here again, we go down to Palm Springs 4-6 times a year and we like to stay at different properties to experience different areas. Would not recommend
