The location was good and surprisingly quiet. The price was good compared to other properties in Palm Springs. I also appreciated that the price for parking (one car) was included in the rate. The parking was very convenient as well.
Negatives:
The property is a little run down. The bathtub drained very slowly while showering. There was also a loose plate behind the cold water faucet. Considering the price point it wasn't a big deal, but it was noticeable

We did not get robbed or murdered. There were also no bed-bugs.

The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom and vanity area were crumbling and very dated. The overall hotel was very dated. The nicest part of the hotel was the lobby, and the rooms pictured online were way better than the reality.

3 night stay, room was spacious and a comfy king sized bed, clean and well kept for a older hotel. Friendly helpful staff, lots of parking. Hot tub and pool were great. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
