Although an older simpler resort, we were impressed with its upkeep and cleanliness. Facilities, ie. pool etc. were very well kept up. Staff were very friendly. We enjoyed out time there and would go again.

The location is perfect. Set in a quiet area of Palm Springs, yet very close to all the amenities.

I did not like several things about this hotel. The rooms are outdated. I'm certain they were perfect in 1977. The beds are too small for two adults.I did not like the fact that you practically have to beg to have the room cleaned.

Great little apartment with kitchenette. Most are ground floor.. pool area is small and nothing special but my stay was very pleasant, comfortable, and I was sad to leave. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of convenient parking.

It takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Palm Springs proper, but not bad of a drive at all.

Great location! Everyone was extremely friendly from the maintenance people to housekeeping to the front desk. Julie at the front desk was great in giving us suggestions on what to see and directions!

The pool was good, parking very easy. Nice to have a DVD library to borrow from and really great to have a full kitchen set up. Golf access (which wasn't relevant for us) looked good.
Negatives:
The location was not very convenient to the main sights and attractions of Palm Springs and lacked walking distance eating options.
