Staff do not get along and do not relay or notate requests to next shifts. The check out staff do not honor requests made the previous night before and will give you some excuse that the staff you made requests with has lied. Who does that? Poor service.

Staff does not verify turnover requests to the new shift. If new shift takes over. Requests from previous shift is not relayed to new shift and miscommunication is not turned over correctly or the new shift just doesn't want to deal with it.

Close to my son's Stanford MRI facility.

Unfortunately, my son's MRI appointment was at 7:00 am. We weren't able to have the continental breakfast we got back around 9:20 a.m., and we mentioned our situation, and there were 10 minutes left, and we were denied breakfast.
Therefore, we had to go and get breakfast somewhere else and spend additional money to purchase money for my family.
It might be petty, but our son has been chronically ill for the last 22 years due to a liver transplant. We come from Porterville. Therefore, we tend a lot of money for gas, food, and hotel rooms.
