Common areas to enjoy both inside and outside. Hot and cold filtered water available for making coffee, tea or to refill water bottle. Comfortable rooms. A bar to have a glass of wine in the evening. Safe place. Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough too about Ron at the front desk who made a very stressful situation and reason why I was here (medical emergency) so much easier because of his compassion and care.

Very comfortable and enjoyable property!
Positives:
Loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable not too soft or hard. Very clean rooms plenty of towels and with complimentary coffee and tea. The staff was phenomenal, helpful, friendly. Nice dinning room with TV.
Negatives:
What I didn’t like was the ascetic of the room. Lacked brightness and no nice pictures or color palette. Nothing a little face lift wouldn’t fix. No microwave to warm up leftovers.

Proximity to where I needed to be.
Negatives:
I changed rooms once, as the initial room was old w/ zero amenities (i.e. no drinking water in the room and the light switch did not work). The second room, had a pungent sewer smell coming from the bathroom, even though it was on the 6th flr.
