Loved the fountains between the buildings, a clean smell in the hallways, the lovely places to sit around the fires, a quiet ambiance. the room was clean and nicely appointed.

My room looked over a well appointed garden area, with running waterfall sounds. Very relaxing. The food in the restaurant was delicious and easy to get to.
Negatives:
The EV charging provided had two stations, but one was malfunctioning (broken mechanical release), so I waited for the single working charger to become available on a couple of occasions.

The Sheraton is a very nice hotel in a great location - walking distance to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto. The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed - and we loved the pool area. The staff was friendly and helpful - we would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
The price for this stay was good, but other times I've looked it can be quite pricey.
