Most memorable stay at Paso!
Positives:
I liked the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the rooms, the comfort of the bed. The hotel is tastefully furnished, bringing together various styles, the result is balanced and very pleasant, also because of the relaxing green spaces well kept. The restaurant is very good.

For such a beautiful and spacious resort, the pool area and jacuzzi are surprisingly small. Once you have 10 or more people out there, it gets pretty cramped. For 170+ rooms, I would have expected a pool size and area that was much larger.

The windows barely open. Room amenities are very limited.
We were awakened abruptly at 9:00 by an air compressor right outside our room and a guy power washing the interior courtyard. The noise lasted until we left.
No spa services were available due to staffing.
The pool is far from the spa, and the cabanas cost $200/day.
The room service was very slow, and our pizza arrived cold.
The 4:00 check-in was rather inconvenient; early check-in not available.
