Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

overweening smell of Marijuana coming out of the building from a open window. The lobby floors dirty like they havent been cleaned in a few days. After checking in, I went to the hotel room. As I open the door it was complete filthy mess!!!

noisy neighbors, fighting with Management about "rent paid" asked for the third floor, got put on floor one, next to live in, longer term residents, with low class

The room was prepaid. The initial reservation was 12/19/2023 - 1/3/2024. However, I checked out one day earlier on 1/2/2024 before 8 AM. The receptionist told me that I will be refunded for that one night. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund me.

Parking and it was pretty quiet.
Negatives:
It was kind of trashed in places, hole in the wall in hallway, hallway carpet had a bunch of big gross looking stains. Our room wasnt vacuumed or vacuumed well. Pretzel pieces everywhere. Bed was in a weird spot so sun came into bed with drapes closed.

There was at least breakfast for my kids.
Negatives:
I could not access the internet and use the television because it was showing any channel Complained couple of times.

The one desk clerk was nice and helpful. Lots of near by eateries.
Negatives:
It was dirty and worn. Broken light covers, hole patched walls but no paint. Cellophane and debris on the floors. Missing light bulbs. Hallways stink. Stairwells were filthy. Laundry room filthy. Trash cans overflowing. Etc Etc

That they were well located to where I needed to be. Also, for the price it was actually ok.

The kitchen had absolutely nothing in it. When I travel, I dont take my dishes and silverware with my or my favorite cup for a coffee. They need to change that if they offer a studio. There was also not a single closet rod.

Thin walls. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. My room had a large (3 X 3) hole that shabbily repaired on the ceiling. My room was NOT cleaned. Used washcloth in bathroom. Sink plugged up and hair around basin. No bath towels in room!

Friendly and helpful staff. Room itself was fine. Nice amenities. Plenty of space.

Needs just overhaul. Missing light bulbs. Cracked light. No hair dryer. Dim light in bathroom and very loud fan. DIrty hallways and back stairs. Overall, great value for the money, but they could really do better with some attention to detail. Also, loud neighbors down the hallway at 2am.
