The location fit our needs. We liked the bar. The bed was comfortable.

We were not put in the king room we booked. We were put in a handicapped room instead (everything was too low. We felt like we overpaid for what we received. The shower was not as clean as expected. We did not like the noise (the doors were loud opening and closing, and we could clearly hear our neighbors talking (in a normal tone), and people in the hallway more than we anticipated. The thing we disliked the most was the breakfast. It is just tasted bad, and no variety on the hot dishes (just sausage and gravy) very disappointed.

Housekeeping is only available upon request. Our room has a bad smell, someone came to refresh it with basically air freshener. Elevator floors were filthy. The hallways had a poor smell. The shower had a large stain on the floor. It did appear to be renovated as the website stated.

They charge an insane $75 for one night for a dog (half of the price of my one-night stay). This amount was mentioned nowhere in their policy prior to my reservation on Booking.com (the hotel was shown as pet-friendly, charges may apply).
When I inquired about the pet fee literally 5 minutes after booking, and complained about this rate, they wouldnt let me cancel without losing my entire prepayment, and they hung up on me.
So I went to the hotel and paid the extra $75. There, the staff wasnt trained; the room's trash bin contained used bottles left over from previous guests. The carpet was full of stains. And the hotel is located next to a noisy highway so there is a constant background noise.
Overall, a terrible experience. I am never going back there, nor in this chain of hotels in general.

i like that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was also quite, although is right next to the freeway you cant hear any outside noise.

I had to leave a day early but after packing up my stuff to leave, i found a cockroach in the closet.
