Negatives: The entire place is old..The room had an oder..The carpet is so old I did not want to walk barefoot..The couch was clearly past its time..would never sit on it. The AC was only on for minutes before turning off and took awhile to come back on. It was obvious that people who work there live there...people were dumpster diving in the back of the property as we drove around back to park..seemed like more of a transient living situation as opposed to a hotel with paying guests...

Negatives: Hallways smelled of cigarettes Shower trickled water Toilet ran all night Shower curtain rod was hanging by one screw and about to fall

Negatives: The kitchenette was poorly stocked for the number of guests and one burner wouldn't heat. Leaving only one functional burner to cook on. The toilet was slow to flush & clogged. Would have liked more variety in the breakfast served.

Negatives: When I was checking out of the room I did a double check to make sure I had everything but when I opened a cabinet above the fridge where I kept my baby stuff for the 3 days a fat roach fell out the cabinet n crawled behind the fridge. And yes a cockroach

Negatives: freeway noise in the morning

Negatives: Fist of all the rooms smelled like weed and when I broke it to the person up fronts attention they said that’s how it is.

Negatives: Room 303, which we stayed in had something sticky spilled on the carpet which had not been cleaned thoroughly so we had to avoid stepping on that area near the door. Besides that the room was good. The breakfast was really bad. If they made the food that day they need a new cook. The eggs were hard and chewy and the sausage smelled old. I couldn’t eat either. I actually took a bite full of the eggs, started to chew it and realized something was wrong with the consistency and taste it old and spit it into my napkin. Either the eggs were from previous days or you need a new cook …scrambled egg should be light and fluffy not dry and chewy. I took one bite of the sausage and it tasted slightly old and I don’t mess with sausage, so I just did not eat it. Even the French toast was barely palatable, but I did eat it because I was hungry. Luckily I did not get a stomach ache. My thought was that the food was previously made and used more than one day or it was previously frozen and thawed or not real eggs. If the eggs were made, that day, they were old or the cook was not a good cook L, you might need a new cook who knows how to make scrambled eggs, light and fluffy with milk, salt and pepper. I had a bagel which had either come out of a freezer and then thawed or was out of refrigerator and was definitely not fresh that day. I I did eat it because I needed some thing so my suggestion is that you have fresh food in the morning that will up your ratings but I saw a lot of people not eating the food and not happy with it. It’s a shame because everything else was really great.

Negatives: The room was dirty The carpet was ripped. Was just not comfortable there at all.

Negatives: my room was dirty , there were roaches in the refrigerator. When I reported to the front desk, there was no resolution. Very disappointing.
