Communication between staff members were not great - we had to call three times to get the sofa bed made up for our child and by the time housekeeping arrived it was very late at night.

pretty much everything. great staff. wonderful food.
Negatives:
it was quite pricey. If I have to stretch the parking spaces are small, but it wasnt at capacity so that wasnt a problem.
