Negatives:
No hot water until morning. Filled tub twice and still cold. No functioning internet evening upon arrival. Backs of chairs put dirt onto my black shirt which was clean before arrival. Room was advertised as having balcony, but they don't give balcony room

Positives:
Check-in was quick and easy- it only took a few minutes. The room was very nice and the price was excellent. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but it was good and there was plenty of food. The location is great: next to a couple restaurants and a coffee shop and two gas stations...and only a couple minutes from I5.
Negatives:
I've gotten sensitive to the security deposits being charged to my debit card... so I was attentive to it here. I checked in on a Saturday and out on Sunday. The room charge was entered twice against my bank balance but one charge was released Monday. The result was that the room charge was not available for the remainder of my trip to southern Oregon on my departure day. I suppose that the only way around this is to use a credit card...something I am trying to quit doing.

They lied about the cancellation service, they said I had till 6pm to change the date. I did and they did not change the date and just took my money. Horrible service, I have never been treated this bad before. I am surprised those heartless monsters that work there even have a job still. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Spacious room. Fantastic continental breakfast. Small workout room. Cold water & cookies at entrance. Staff very nice. Great hotel

The property only appear to be clean. There was a stinky smell in the lobby as well as in all corridors. Even our room was also stinky. The room appeared clean, but it seems they were using some kind of detergents or cleaners, which was making room excessively smell bad, but it was definitely dirty because my wife had severe dust energy, and she kept on sneezing almost all the time.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. Had the basics such as make your own waffles, eggs and sausage.
Negatives:
The bathrooms arent very practical. The toilet clogs from normal use and the toilets themselves are very uncomfortable. The elevator is also in need of some major TLC. it sounds like its going to drop you and you cant tell its an elevator at first because it just blends into the wall, which is fine but it could use some paint.
