Positives:
Hard to like a forced purchase. Walk away from prepaid room and purchase another anyway or pay for second room due to managers perceived right to deny service animals and disabled guests.
Negatives:
The $126.38 upcharge due to service dogs for both disabled guests in one room not allowed was unpleasant. Manager said go elsewhere or get 2d room. Prepaid via 3d party not their problem. All dogs are considered pets and no consideration is given for service animals.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed. Totally run down business. Room is filthy and lots of neglected maintenance. Rooms window face I5, extreme noisy throughout night. Homeless waiting at the security door to follow through every time I use key card open it.

There wasn't even coffee available at 9am. All food was empty before 9am for breakfast.
I got a pet friendly room but it stunk, had a bug in the shower, the room did not feel clean. The carpet was definitely not clean. The wait at the front desk to ask a question was very long. There were no extra linens available to use.

Ice machine broken, breakfast was a joke, most of the food wasn't there, staff wasn't available or seen, desk clerk said no one bought any Coffee because no one bought any, bathroom door broken, shampoo and conditioner. It was horrible. Everything you advertised you didn't provide

It has been a few yaers since last visit and could not believe the wear and tear on the place. Current staff barely keeping up with same. Construction crews are really careless and trashing the place. Management needs to get a handle on renovation.
