Negatives: The property was very run down.The room was poorly furnished, and the phone didn't work. They didn't even have a bedspread

Negatives: How you can hear anything and everything going on outside the room

Negatives: The hotel's pricing was significantly higher than the value provided. Despite the advertised amenities, the actual experience fell short of expectations. Disappointingly, the quality of facilities did not justify the inflated cost.

Negatives: Check in was kind of a mess. My kid and I drove for 4.5 hours straight and arrived at 2:45. We both had to go to the bathroom but when I asked to check in I was told no, check in is at 3:00. She would not look to see if a room was ready, just no, not until 3. No grace period unfortunately. I asked if we could use a bathroom, and no, we could not. We were told to go find a gas station. My kid ended up having an accident and had to wait in it, because by the time we came back there was a line of people she also told to come back at three. I was ahead of an elderly woman who also had to use the restroom. Check in itself took about 15 minutes, so if we'd started at 2:45, we still wouldn't have gotten to the room until three anyway, but whatever. I then asked to switch rooms, saying I didn't mind if I had to go from two beds to one, and she said she didn't want to downgrade me to one bed because the refund process would be too difficult. So she asked her supervisor what to do and was advised to upgrade us for free, which was nice, though I think the upgrade was that we got an accessibility room. Through it all, she was trying to be friendly and helpful, it was just all kind of mess. There were also a number of homeless people walking the property, but over all it was fine, just wouldn't want to do it again.

Negatives: The only complaint is all the night walker late at night and the poor office staff is all by herself and there is no security. Yes there are cameras but she is only one lady. And then you get the night walker’s yelling.

Negatives: The whole trip. I would've liked to see no cockroaches.

Negatives: The room smells like cigarettes and probably meth . I didn't stay I canceled my reservation.

Negatives: I didn't like where they put me it was to close to the fwy next time I won't stay in the back

Negatives: No tv. Freeway noise
