I really enjoyed the staff. They were extremely accommodating. The hotel was under construction and so the rooms were in transition as well as the rest of the hotel. Staff kept our food items in their refrigerator and let us use their microwave.

the staff was great, but the hotel was in a major remodel that was hard to get around. many of the amenities where not available.

They should not be booking people in this hotel(should call this a roadside motel). It is a full construction zone! And the rooms are only half finished. Had to enter into a side door and walk through all the construction storage. Do not book here!

It was close to home when escaping domestic violence at night with my disabled child.

The linens and pillows were stained, including blood spots. TV and lamp didn't work. Mold on shower. Surfaces with gross spots. i had to request supplies to clean the room myself. Filthy coffee maker and microwave. Health inspection cert expired.

The rooms in advertised pictures are not the same! There is no hot breakfast (besides the waffles). Hair was EVERYWHERE in the room and bathroom! The bed smelled of body residues and had hair all over the pillows and sheets and blankets. It was gross!

It is being remodeled. The room had a coffee maker but no cups. It didn't have any tissues. The carpet had white dust all over as did the furniture. The breakfast had cold coffee, no juices. Powder creamer. Some bread and raisen bagels.
The elevator was missing flooring, so we thought we would use the stairs, only to find out that we could not exit those doors. The pool was also closed.
