The front desk staff was disorganized and forgot to include the food coupon that we discovered we needed in the morning. The breakfast staff refused entry to eat.

Pool opens at 10am. Couldn't enjoy it. Breakfast said free.its 8.99 and not worth it. No eggs, potatos or fruit. Or coffee! You can buy a coffee. I was overcharged for the room, and still have not been refunded.

Staff is not kind or helpful. Towels are thin. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and pool and hot tub look nice. Just had the worst experience and, I won't go back.

Being close to the hallway that leads outside you can hear guests coming and going. Although, using white noise on my phone helped to block it out.

Very nice staff... Easy access to the room. Dog Friendly. Great place to stay Really close to various Restaurants. Clean rooms Quick response for Needs of extra blankets And anything else that needed Attending to.

The location they gave us backed up to freeway. Also the heat when on sounds like a freight train. It was going on and off throughout the night. The halls are all outdated.

I forgot my jewelry on the bathroom counter after check out. They had my jewelry in the lost and found and had it available for my representative to pick up which they did. I cant say enough about their honesty and integrity. Id stay there again
