It was comfortable and nice but the noice on our floor was ridiculous it wasn't even our floor it was the people directly above us.
Negatives:
The person who checked me out did not bother to come up to the desk he just sat in the back and said nothing so I put my keys down and left. Of course the noise upstairs was horrible all night.

Pictures online are not correct. Rooms do not look like the Pictures on line. Also, there is no hot tub outside. the place is old and ran down. Worst best Western I have stayed at. Not clean at all.

I wanted to like the hotel based on the location but that would have been alll that was good.
Negatives:
The key card didnt work, the door looked like it had been kicked in. No HOT water for the bath/ shower! Hot water in the sink but not for the shower?? The alarm went off at midnight woke everyone up! I was not impressed and wont be back. Worst stay!!

We found a cockroach in the bathroom, not enough covers we didn't ask

The front desk staff was using his cell phone while checking us in. He seemed bothered that we were there. The room felt dirty, broken furniture, and a very uncomfortable bed, cheap bedding, and horrible pillows.

Im not a picky person by any means, it accommodated my kids and I just fine. My youngest went downstairs by himself and the staff was friendly to him and the other visitors were as well. He liked taking the elevator and going to the lobby to read, talk to strangers, and snack

I find it hard to sleep in on a bed that isnt my own. And my bastard child got up at 7am our first day when we had went to sleep at 1230 or so. I wanted more sleep. But thats not the hotels fault
