The General Manager was tremendously helpful with my brother's ice pack's after surgery. Hotel employee professionalism and friendly nature was much appreciated after a long drive. The hotel is well appointed, room was clean and comfortable.

the free breakfast is very nice - the location is good for where I needed to be and the staff was very pleasant. They also have snacks in the lobby to purchase which is a "nice to have" if you need something quickly.
Negatives:
The prices for the snacks in the lobby are EXTREMELY high - I think they could make money without charging $8.25 for some chips that they pay about .45 cents for. They could charge $4 and still make a ton of money.

pillows were too fluffy and thick for me. Wish they have a lesser fluffy and thinner pillow... had a hard time sleeping..

Front Desk staff was very helpful, courteous and speedy. Room was impeccable. The Front Desk staff even texted me to my cell phone inquiring how all was going after I left the front desk. I felt like a VIP guest during my stay No complaints!

I had just returned from an international flight with a delay in Los Angeles and was too tired too drive home safely. This Hampton stay was like arriving at an oasis in the desert. the front desk was professional and friendly. Thanks.
