The hotel room(369) stunk really horrible like urine, smoke and mildew. I believe it was the old carpets. Breakfast staff were horrible when we showed up to eat 0630 breakfast they yelled at us through the door that they dont open till 0630. It was 0634

Plugs are not working and very loosee. Rug is very loks dirty. Overall is ok

Good location. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The water for the shower never got hot but bathroom was clean. Fine for one night stay. We had a "suite" so there was a living room area with a sofa bed and second televsion, very nice.

Staff was friendly. Parking was great. Breakfast delicious. Very clean.

The room was very cold when we got there and it took a few hours for it to warm up. The beds were very used and all night long we were definitely rolling to the middle. First night we had hot water. Second two days we did not. Cold showers are awful.

At 0600 hrs, I'm woke up by the sound of a leaf blower being used to blow down the entire enterprise rental car sales parking lot, sadly I was unable to get the window open because I wanted to throw a bar of soap at the guy.

How people have such a hard time traveling. I understand everybody is different with different circumstances, but it makes me think that for the price nobody should be considered a victim. Those purple need to stop being so needy and just go with the flow

Bathroom door slams shut by itself and makes too much noise. Can hear the bathroom door slam shut in neighboring room as well.

I had been to the hotel with my family. and is a great family friendly hotel. Good part is room is sufficiently big enough. The beds are awesome.The towels are soft and clean. The shower is nice.location is excellent with lot of restaurants to order from
Negatives:
Room with 2 queen beds are separate rooms and one of them does not have any fan or AC which BW should address. Specially during summer it could be very uncomfortable. bathrooms are a bit dated but they are functional and clean.
