This hotel is very clean, the staff is great and they have a whole hot breakfast! We felt very safe there and had a room close to the office. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Oh, and the lotion and soap smells heavenly!

The hotel was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the phone call to my room shortly after I arrived asking if I needed anything and if everything was okay. Breakfast had lots of options and was tasty. The pool was great. I felt safe, which was important to me as a woman traveling alone, and I enjoyed my stay. The Mexican restaurant across the street is amazing too! :)

It was just what we needed for an overnight trip to the Roseville area! There was lots of parking and a continental breakfast! They even had fresh baked cookies in the front welcome area!
Oh and I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower!

The check in was easy. The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The staff charged the wrong credit card and took no accountability for their error. When I called to resolve the issue they placed me on hold twice for 20 minutes, told me the manager was unavailable to help me, and then told me that I had to fill out a form in order for them to possibly reverse the charge. The customer service at the front desk is sub par. The lady acts like she does not want to be bothered. They could care less.
