Negatives: There was no breakfast available as promised during booking

Negatives: Bath faucet wouldn’t work… only the shower. Toilet didn’t like to flush

Negatives: Day of leaving had a fussy baby and trying to get everything loaded up but had to keep tending to my one month old who was struggling with keeping formula down due to a sensitive tummy and allergies, a rash from diapers due to sensitive skin, a rash under neck due reaction from spitting up & vomiting from formula. Anyways… rough morning checking out and staff knocked on door to see if we’re checking out I told them yes but running behind due to baby and sleeping in after being kept up most the night. I continued loading my car and tending to baby and 4 year old when we got a call from the front desk asking how much longer I gave her an estimated time and she said she’ll have to charge an extra day and I said if that’s what she needs to do that is fine and she had a rude tone but talking on the phone was only holding me up longer so I told her not much I can do about it. When I was finished and went to the office I walked in on her gossiping about us to the staff over the phone. Complaining about how long we’re taking and how she told us she was going to have to charge us so I chimed in and told her “and I said that was fine, do what you need to do”. Very rude, unprofessional woman that we dealt with twice and both times left us not wanting to come back. Considering the cock roaches we came across each time we stayed there I didn’t really see what she was all stuck up for. I could see if it were a fancy, well kept hotel but it was not so the attitude was a bit misplaced

Negatives: Not clean, staff indecisive.

Negatives: Bed to soft and not a good bed to sleep on walls where sticky in room

Negatives: all night long there were people arriving that were what appeared to be from other countries. i believe it was a drop off point from the border, . they had no regards to other people trying to sleep.. they also kept my deposit. stating they found dog hair on the bed.( i covered the bed wirh a blanket) dont they wash sheets between guests ? then she said my towels looked like they were used to wipe something dirty... it was raining so i wiped the floor wirh their towels. so yes i used their towels to wipe the supposedly clean floor... i left that place cleaner than when i arrived ( i am a housekeeper so i carry cleaning supplies with me ) in short they called me a racist and kept my 100 deposit for for what should be routinly cleaned anyway. if you can avoid this place do it ...

Negatives: Sunken in bathtub,odd design could be falling hazard. Flat screen TV small.

Negatives: Bathroom fan not working maintenance could have scooped the leaves out of piil

Negatives: Covid Era paper bag breakfast -but, it looks like renovations to the dining area are nearly done.

Negatives: It was filthy there was blood on the floor in the bathroom with a towel half used from wiping it up shoved under the vanity which was moldy. There were feces all around the toilet. The floor was sticky. They provided 1 and a half towels that were obviously high school gym towels from the 70’s they were so thin. I used an entire container of Lysol wipes and kept to myself as I’ve never in my life stayed at a budget motel that cost 80 bucks a night . I thought this is what you get. I took pictures . Then a couple days after checkout I get a charge from them on my incidental credit card number they stored on file. They charged me for the towels!!!! OMG I’ve called them back 3 times and been given the run around about how they can’t refund me I have to wait for blah blah blah. Save yourself and steer clear. It’s a biohazard and in the end you pay for a nice hotel due to what they stick you with, think bookings will back me up on this???? Won’t hold my breath
