Positives: I contacted Home 2 Suites and bookings.com has as well. I asked them to reconsider a refund or credit on this 4 room booking. Home 2 Suites did this same thing to me in or around March of this year, the event we were planning on attending was cancelled and the. Rooms I had paid for were not refunded or credited, even though both times I contacted them within an hour of the event being canceled and over 24 hours prior as the hotel requires. At that time as Booking.com did Priceline worked with me to make it right and we were told by Home 2 Suites staff it was all Priceline’s doing that created the problem in reality it was the general manager’s doing in an attempt to make the bottom line look better. I believe what they did may be allowed under their hotel criteria, but it is an unethical way to do business. I have no doubt that they received my payment for the rooms and rented them out to others as well. I suggest people think twice about staying there. Sent from my iPad Sent from my iPad

Negatives: My recent stay at the hotel left much to be desired, unfortunately. The day of our reservation, I received a notification that my card had been declined. I promptly contacted the provided number to update the card, only to be told that assistance couldn’t be provided because I booked through a third party. After updating the card via email confirmation from Booking.com, I felt assured that I had taken all necessary steps. Upon arrival around 12:30, hoping for an early check-in after a long drive, I encountered further frustrations. Robert, the staff member at the desk, informed me that early check-in wasn’t possible due to full occupancy the night before. While providing my reservation details, Robert’s tone turned rude when addressing the card issue. Despite my efforts to explain and confirm the card update, he remained dismissive and unhelpful. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and shocked by the lack of professionalism. Additionally, the lack of communication regarding room cleaning frequency was disappointing. Learning that our room would only be cleaned every two days came as a surprise, as this detail was not disclosed during booking. Considering the price paid for our stay, the overall quality of service fell short of expectations. In conclusion, while the hotel has potential, improvements in communication and customer service are essential to ensure a more satisfactory guest experience.

Positives: Everything was fabulous. The hotel was clean, felt homey, and had many amenities. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The breakfast was amazing.
