Positives: I selected this property because I was trying to find something affordable.

Negatives: I didn’t feel safe here. We left in 10 minutes. There were multiple people smoking weed in the parking lot, blasting their music, etc. It appeared most people are living here and also seems like there’s a lot of drug activity. Even the drive to the hotel from the freeway was pretty ghetto. We literally walked in and we walked out. There’s no way we would’ve stayed there.

Negatives: The air conditioner was extremely dirty. I took cover off to clean. I contacted office. They let me stay that night. New security came. Said to leave. Charged me $100 for not putting cover back on ac. Which just snaps in but I thought they'd want to clean it.

Negatives: There is a smell of tobacco in the room. I do not smoke. The number was not changed. On the stairs near the room there was a full bag of abandoned things, no one had cleaned it up. Although I showed the photo to the reception. dirty laundry. The room is no more clean. Unsavory characters are smoking in the parking lot. There is no feeling of safety. The $100 deposit was not returned. Today I checked my bank account and saw that the payment was not being processed, but paid!! They just wrote it off and that’s it!! I wrote a private message to the hotel - they don’t answer!!!

Positives: The lobby staff was nice and pleasant.

Negatives: The room smelled very musty, the floor was bubbled up like it had flooded. The cabinets need to be replaced and we’re completely bare. No dishes, no pots or pans, no utensils, not even any paper towels. The beds look like they belong in a prison.
