After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Location, proximity and the views. Everything was great...clean tidy room, spacious bath and shower, overall amenities. Very convenient TV streaming capability, large viewing area. USB charging anywhere you might need it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: The hotel was a very pleasant experience, although the room could have used a little more fresh air to be utilized. I would have liked an exhaust fan in the bath.

Positives: Nice people work here. Sacramento is very nice, too. Park View rooms are AMAZING. The Capital building is a plus. Quick room service from the good restaurant downstairs. Best burger I have had in years.

Negatives: I'm sure the bathroom was cleaned throughly but maybe some disinfecting around and BEHIND the toilet and on surfaces near the seat like the sink area and the shower glass. Left behind body hair is a turn off.

Positives: Nice facility and professional staff, with a downtown location near activities and restaurants, as well as the Capitol park. Parking garage was convenient and seemed relatively safe, although no staff were ever present.

Negatives: While the downtown location has its benefits, there are also drawbacks.safety and security are a concern within a block or two of the hotel. Additionally, my room looked out on a large flat industrial roof, with a view of the parking garage.
