Positives:
The location was perfect for the places I had to visit. Ample parking, very convenient.
Negatives:
The second day of my stay the room was not cleaned, towels not picked up "because the hotel is not five-star". I understand the concept, BUT I WAS NEVER ADVISED that it would be so. BAD.

The hotel was super nice, and they even had security in the parking lot. But, homeless are an issue in Sacramento. I'd just make sure nothing is left out in the open so you do not have an issue. We DID NOT have any issues at all.

Everything was dirty, old and broken. Stains all over the carpet, room smelled of pee, everything was so out of date and run down. I’m fairly certain nothing has been done to these rooms since the 70s when they were made. Appliances were all old and dirty. The cabinets were all banged up and falling apart. I genuinely did not feel comfortable staying there and did not want to use any of the features in the room

Breakfast was weird no cooked food but freezer/ridge full of many many good chioices of breakfast items to grab and go or grab and heat in up in your room it's worth it. Amazing place for my two dogs very comfortable beds. The girl that is there at 6am getting breakfast ready amazing she will make your morning bright always cheerful and helpful.
Negatives:
No warm blankets on bed just thin blankets and very thin comforter they need to be updated.

Dirty. Outdated. Our handi cap accessible roll in shower was a bathtub. Curtains shredded. French fries, food, and garbage under couch. Dishwasher has food and a lot of lime scale build up. Toaster full of crumbs. Sofa bed had no bedding etc....

So accommodating and professional front desk staff and managers - my room was wonderful, the staff were very attentive, and everyone anticipated my needs during my lovely stay.

This hotel uses good toilet paper in comparison to others. The beds were comfortable, the table was perfect for a romantic dinner. Three restaurant choices VERY close to the hotel; some with VERY healthy food choices, a definite PLUS. Love this hotel
