Location, close to freeway. Kitchen with eating area and full size fridge, large room, breakfast, breakfast area easy to walk to from all locations.
Negatives:
Dirty cleaning clothes left in kitchen sink, bath tub bottom was scratched and rusty. Toilet was so low it was difficult to get up and off of (definitely not at comfort level) and I am not overweight and in very good physical condition. Paying extra for parking. When you turn into the strip mall, there should be signage showing the turnoff to the hotel. Also signage at the entry gate should be displayed better.

Paying for parking it was outrageous $10 because where else was I supposed to park after paying close to $200.00 per night for the room.

I didn't care for the apartment style set up of this hotel as I had to walk to my room in the rain with my luggage so everything was wet when I got in the room. Everything else was fantastic
