SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento North

Negatives: The air conditioner makes a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep. After taking a bath, there is very strong dampness in the room and does not go away. There were cockroaches in the room due to the humidity. The light in the room is very dim, many different lamps need to be turned on in order to see properly. There should be one switch for good lighting throughout the room. the bathroom is very slippery. I slipped and almost hurt myself. The staff was completely tactless. I needed a hotel for three days. I clicked on booking from April 9 to April 11. On April 11, at 11:30 am, a tactless employee came and began to kick me out and demand money for allegedly staying longer than the allotted time. but I wanted to take a nap for one or two hours before a long drive. Is it normal? Why should I delve into this charlotanism with hours of stay? Why does check-in occur at 03:00 pm. and check out is at 11:00 am? Where did four hours in a day go? Honestly, I don't care what they think. Why then does the employee, upon check-in, not specify when the person would like to end his stay at the hotel. They break into a person having a rest and demand that he leave the premises or charge him with money. rudeness!!!

Negatives: I was travling alone (female) When I arrived there were 10 police vehicles in the parking lot and outside of the hotel. They were parked where I could not access the property. When I went inside to register I hear yelling and screaming and the policy were everywhere. I no longer felt safe and told the clerk my reasons for not wanting to stay. I had to search for another hotel and it was very late at night.

Negatives: Lady at the front desk got an attitude when i re asked instructions on how to get to my room because she explained it so fast, door barely shut securely when going in & out of room, towels had red stains on them plus never recieved more towels when asked for more, key card didnt allow us in once we came back for breakfast was left standing outside in the cold wuth no answer from front desk while calling.

Negatives: Some woman wtih a dog began SCREAMING and running down the hallways about an hour after I had gotten there. Next, a horrendous crash that made my entire room shake. Think she dumped the refrigerator on the floor above me. A Security Guard went by looking fort the casue of the disturbance. Her screaming and running continued throughbout the night. If Sacramento would put lunatices in mental hospitals and not hotels this would not have happened. Not a lot of guests in this hotel and now I know why. IDIOTS, IDIOTS, IDIOTS!!!!

Negatives: Let’s get a better selection of cereal.
