Negatives: the staff isn’t helpful, they charged me twice and it took a week to get refunded..plus i got less money refunded to my bank account ended up being a big inconvenience as I was travelling and needed my funds.

Positives: Not a single thing

Negatives: It's made out to be a homeless hotel people living at the hotel. There was absolutely noooo hot water and had to leave early due to not being able to take a shower. There were cockroaches under the fridge and baby ones kept on crawling up the wall. It was dirty. Could not get another room because it was to late. This hotel needs to be taken off ur site. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!!
