The breakfast are horrible, they thin the waffle batter to save .obey . And the guy in kitchen acts like he bought the crap . And don't use more than 1 paper plate, big no no.

No drinking water available. some guests are noisy at midnight and no any staff to stop them doing that.
Negatives:
Property charged me a cancellation fee prior to ever arriving stating that we had two bookings for this hotel. Have called booking.com several times to confirm that there was only one booking which we fulfilled and paid for. Hotel is refusing a refund for the cancellation fee for a booking that doesn’t exist. Also they did not have any hot water.
