The heater kept coming on. There was no need for it. The temasek didn't work. The front office reception needs to smile

Issue w/heater not heating. Called guest services @12:15am to report because the room was cold. They were going to send to fix, & bring extra blankets if they could not because they were all booked. They never came out & we had a cold and restless night.

It was in hotel circle close to everything. Pretty clean.

No counter space in bathroom. Toilet spit water up. Fire alarm went off 6 times the first night we were there. Twice in the middle of the night. No fire. Tv did not work. Heater did not work must be preset to a certain temperature. Motel not hotel.

Our first night there the fire alarm went off 8 times. Then on the day we checked out the battery on our door lock went bad and we had to leave for our plane. I will admit the hotel did give us 6 breakfast coupons for the fire drill issue.

Great breakfast area, convenient location. Comfortable bed.
Negatives:
Room TV was small and not great reception. Bathroom had used towels and soap when I entered for the first time. Signage wasn't the best to get to the restaurants and fitness room from the rooms.

The hotel is old and having to walk thru the rain to get to the elevator in order to get to the room was something I was not expecting.
