The pool area needs to be redone badly. The floor is falling apart and you walk around with floor/paint chips stuck to your feet that get into the pool and jacuzzi.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The snacks were way overpriced. We didn't know we had to pay extra for parking. If I would have known I would have booked a different hotel. Our room didn't have a good view no balcony access. The elevator was extremely slow. We most likely would not stay again.

I checked in at 7 ish, the lady at the front desk was VERY NICE and accommodating. Claudine maybe? Had a great time here. Plan on staying here for my future visits and family vacations.

Maybe just that breakfast isnt included normally. And paying for parking. Other then that, everything was great .
