Love the location. Loved the amenities. Loved how helpful the staff was.

Upon arrival, we found hair in shower, half eaten bubble tape candy under the pullout sofa and easter eggs. Called housekeeping and spoke with Erin. She was super helpful and kind and even gave us some wine and plushies for the kids♡ she told me it would be resolved in the morning. Multiple people from housekeeping called that morning to confirm what happened. They told me they would clean it while we were at the pool all day. Came back to the room, beds were made and easter eggs were gone, but the hair was still in the shower, and the half eaten food was still under the pullout. Makes me question how thoroughly they clean. So disappointing because I love that hotel, but I'm not sure I will stay again or recommend it.
