First night I stayed there the house keeping left a dirty rag on the couch in the Villa. The second time staying there the fridge nozzle was broken so I had no way of changing the temperature. I texted the staff only to receive a call over an hour later.

It was my first time visiting the resort and I would definitely never recommend it.
First of all, my plan was to spend an unforgettable night with my wife, I chose this place to make my marriage proposal and nothing went as I planned.
I ordered flowers to be in my room after 5:30PM and they arrived much earlier than I expected.
The room was dirty with stains on the carpet and some receipts.
I expected to have at least a bath tub considering the $350USD they charged me for the night and I didn't even have that.
Dinner was incredibly expensive and the service was horrible, I asked to turn on the heaters because it was very cold that night and none of them worked.
My experience was very bad and the truth is that I would not go back nor would I recommend it.
