Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a small kitchen at a relatively low price (by Californian standards).
Multiple areas of the hotel were in renovation during my stay, but when it is finished, the hotel will have nice lobby/lunch area with a view of the inner court, which features a swimming pool.
Nice helpful staff on duty.
The area hosts a wide range of businesses. For me, it was in a walking distance from the office.
Negatives:
If you are not there for business, there's really not much to see in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant options in the area are subpar. If you are a planning a vacation without renting a car, you might consider choosing an area closer to the ocean.

The hotel over all was great. Our room was really comfortable the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was they were remodeling and parking was a little tight. And breakfast was to go only. But the room rate was a little lower then normal to reflect the inconvenience.

It WAS NOT listed anywhere that this hotel is under major renovation and that the lobby and breakfast amenities have been relocated down a dirty hallway into a dirty room... There should be a massive discount as anything other than 4th floor was filthy

I love the location. I like the hotel room having two bedrooms.

The hotel was not what I expected. I stayed at this hotel 10yrs ago when it was under a different name and it was great, but now the hotel looks runned down. The couch was all stained and had huge tears. It was disgusting. The carpet had stains. The elevator looked unsafe cause the walls were boarded up.

The hotel is currently under construction, and apparently has been for months. They have done nothing to warn guests of this, and according to the front desk, many people checked out early because it was so bad. The front door was closed with no signs of where to check in. The hotel was dirty, dusty, the elevators were a disaster from the construction workers, and the noise was constant. It’s not what I paid for and I am extremely disappointed.
