We had a pet friendly room but before I even before I let my dog out of her kennel. I found dog crap on the floor in the room. I had to clean up after my husband stepped in it. Last person who stayed in the room left their clothes in the closet and drinks in the fridge. Left me wondering if our room was even cleaned. Not a great start to our weekend. This hotel charges for every little thing. I paid a extra $50 dollars a night for a pet fee and still had to clean up after someone elses pet.

Beautiful area, great location, free shuttle to Seaworld was great. Being able to leave our luggage was helpful too. Nate was very helpful and friendly

Pricing!! The price of the breakfast buffet was horrendous and the stations were not replenished. The egg station was not refilled in the whole time we were there!! At that price all stations should be replenished regularly

There were plenty rooms available during our stay, but we were placed in a room closest to the main street and in one of the older wings. When we checked in, I was asked if we booked thru an outside vendor and the suggested that their website also had deals. It felt like the room assigned was directly related to how room was booked.

Had a very horrible experience. I paid ---$ for a room only to not have power 4 hours after checking in I needed to do computer work from my room ( not the lobby which was offered by staff as an alternative) poor customer service got in a verbal argument
