Had a very horrible experience. I paid ---$ for a room only to not have power 4 hours after checking in I needed to do computer work from my room ( not the lobby which was offered by staff as an alternative) poor customer service got in a verbal argument

Great location! pools were nice movie night at the pool was a plus . The hotel itself is well kept nice views through out the premises . We upgraded to the marina view .Not crowded at the time we were therefore we did not have problems with noise

The staff was very nice. Housekeeping was pleasant and did a great job. Also, a gentleman on a golf cart assisted us with a room change & he was very kind & helpful. We changed rooms for two double beds and our request was immediately satisfied.

They charged a parking fee $35/day. There might have been some comment about this on the site somewhere but I did not realize it and was taken by surprise at such a large fee.

A stranger knocking on our door at 10pm and kept coming back and then our neighbors not be courteous and being extremely loud until after midnight. Hotel staff didnt really seem to care either.

Great value for the price, the walking path around the marina, The Firefly, and the cleaning staff (they couldnt have been friendlier nor harder working).

A little further from other restaurants than I would have liked. The on-site restaurant, The Firefly, was great, but I didnt want to eat all of my meals at the same place. Resort fee was a bit high, especially for amenities we didnt use.
