Location and price. But there are so many other places to stay within blocks, so we are breakfast at another hotel.
Negatives:
Hotel is under renovation and there was a paint smell on our floor. The AC didnt work. The lobby bar is the only place to drink or eat after 6 PM, and it was so slow. But not because it was crowded, we were just ignored. And the food was pretty bad.

The guest bathroom on the 2nd floor wasn’t cleaned when I walked in initially. The 2nd floor was recovering from a flood leak and was dusty. The ice machine on the 13th floor was broken.

Good location for walking from the cruise pier and back for the trolley and to/from local eateries. Room was comfortable and clean with nice view. Hotel employee was competent and helpful.

We paid for 2 nts 2 mos early. New Girl charged us double and sent us to a dirty room. Hotel employee moved us to clean room. Mgr Fletcher told us over phone to wait until 3-4 days after checkout to get refund. Refused to come out of his office but waived $50 fee.
