We did not like that there was a service fee attached to purchasing merchandise at the MRKT.

By 6 oclock you hear everything the trolley station people leaving the hotel cars leaving the parking lot. It is very loud I stay there for two days and both of these days I was awake by 6 AM not by choice

Then you have the people from housekeeping knocking on your door way before 10 AM I dont know why I want to check out at 11 Very poor experience, but I stay there because I dont have a choice. I like the location and the price is affordable.

The grounds were well kept
Negatives:
They have no working phone system. The AI they have answering the main phone line does not work and you are never able to get the front desk. It was by far the worst experience I have had in customer service.
Positives:
The gardens and pool area were beautiful. The kids especially enjoyed the pools.
Negatives:
The prices seemed high for even little things like coffee and muffins. The coffee machine in the room did not have mugs and when we requested them, they did not provide them. Also parking was extremely high for our stay - not worth the extra fees.

The food was a little on the pricey side. And I found that there was no in-room dining after 10 pm.

Positives:
An actual resort style property with several pools and about a dozen public fire pits in addition to many ground floor suites with private patios and fire pits. Poolside restaurant, a lively indoor/outdoor bar but still maintained a fun family atmosphere.
Negatives:
Exorbitant parking fee. Room was slightly outdated, specifically the bathroom but overall I was not disappointed with it and would absolutely stay in the same room again.

Close to shopping and the pool.

The Hotel staff were great. The food was decent.
Negatives:
I saw three roaches in the bathroom the night before I was set to leave. I was completely discussed and had to shake out all my belongings before heading to the airport.
