Negatives:
Room was a bit small.

Nice no frills hotel in...
Positives:
The location is really cool, in the heart of Little Italy district. You can find a lot of cafes & restaurants nearby. The room is rather good, it has everything needed.
Negatives:
The bed was super noisy, even when you just roll over. Also, the window looked into the inner yard, and it was very dark even during the day. Otherwise, everything was great!

Negatives:
Noisy air conditioner. Small room, but that’s okay.

Nice stay. Would recommend.
Positives:
Location was fabulous, Little Italy is a great neighborhood to stay in, with so many restaurants. The staff were great, very helpful. The room is nothing fancy, but it has everything you need, and I was happy/surprised to see a microwave and fridge.
Negatives:
The lighting in the room was a bit dark, but not a huge deal

Wonderful stay
Positives:
I've stayed here before and chose to return. The room had all advertised amenities and was comfortable. It was clean and well-furnished. Staff were pleasant. The hotel is quiet and lends to a good nights sleep.
Negatives:
One night, someone was clearly smoking cannabis in their room, which made me feel uncomfortable. Staff were slow to respond and didn't address it very proactively. It was disappointing given I had chosen the hotel because of its no smoking policy. I was originally given an "upgrade" I didn't want, to a room which was slightly larger but opposite the elevator, so it was noisy. When I asked to be moved to the room I actually booked, staff were hesitant to do so.

Great value for money
Positives:
Staff was very friendly and location was great - property is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants in Little Italy and directly adjacent to the farmers market (if you’re staying there over the weekend!)
Negatives:
My room had the deadbolt removed, which was odd and doesn’t make a solo traveler feel very comfortable. After asking the staff, there were no other rooms available with a deadbolt. There is zero sound proofing between walls and there is a large gap at the base of the door, so you can hear everything (both in hallway but also guests in other rooms). Shower had mold in the corners, water was lukewarm and had a sewage smell (not sure if that was water itself, or something potentially in the shower drain). Random side note: I noticed the elevator had an expired inspection certificate

After reading the reviews, we were afraid that the room would be small and dirty. The fears were unfounded - the room was clean and of normal size.
