Location was great, particularly if joining a cruise after the stay. The terminal is a short walk and visible from hotel. Balcony adjacent to room was a very nice feature. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive.
Negatives:
Bathroom needed updating. Toilet fixture rocked, shower head water flow very low and temperature difficult to adjust.

no wheelchair available when I checked out. But had one the night before. Clerk was very rude. Hot water a problem. No breakfast available, just poor form.

Positives:
Could not fault the location of the hotel close to all areas and great view in bayside rooms. Very clean and rooms fully serviced daily.
Negatives:
Hotel was a little tired and worn around the edges. Proximity to the airport makes it noisy especially on bay side. You would have thought that double glazing would have been fitted years ago but single glazed old style patio doors. Hotel caters for one night stays servicing the cruise ships that dock opposite. Very noisy but the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Didn't like reserving through booking.com. It was a nightmare,correct information was not communicated to hotel. Hotel had names mixed up and said they didn't show our reservation even though I gave them and showed them my confirmation # on the app. I will never use booking.com and have canceled future reservations with them.
