It’s very old hotel .she k in bath room have problem and water stop in bath room sink and didn’t go down.they don’t have engneer in during the night for fix the issue
And we can’t use bath room sink in during the night. Very dark resturant in hotel for breakfast and bad smell inside resturant.
Very bad concierge team we request for nanny for care my babies but they cant arrange it and they told us we must do it online. I travel to all of the world all of four season hotel concierge team are professional but this property was very bad
There was a lady stacy in concierge she was not professional
We request 3crib for my babies but they just sent 2pcs crib and they said we don’t have 3crib . They sent old blanket for my babies
Also the 2crb was very small and old the size was not standard
