Positives:
I appreciated the close proximity to both Union Square and Market Street. My room was small, but clean. The bed was very comfortable and the showers were clean and had great water pressure.
Negatives:
It is clear that the building is older, despite the cleanliness and modernization, the radiator in my room ran hot during the daytime and was initially uncomfortable when I checked in.

Positives:
Convenient location, good value for the price in an otherwise very expensive neighbourhood. The staff was responsive to problems. The bathroom was small but efficient, perfect for one person. I liked the ledge under the mirror for toiletries and that there was a hair dryer. The bed was comfortable and had enough bedding.
Negatives:
The walls are extremely thin - I could hear people whistling, talking, etc. When someone opened their own door, it literally felt as if someone was entering MY suite. My shower was also broken and I needed to change rooms; I was lucky there was a room available!

The location and room are great. Really easy process to check in /out. Arrived to a pretty and clean room.The personnel on every shift were courteous.
Negatives:
Wish they serve some kind of light breakfast (fruits, cereal, bagle,muffins) or have at least ice and bending machines for snacks.
In the bathroom, it would be great to have more hanging space for towels.

Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was small but comfy and had the essentials included, there was no a/c but it had a fan so it was nice. Felt very safe as well, and there were lots of delicious restaurants very nearby. There is no parking on site but there is a parking garage very near. Awesome hotel, would definitely stay here again :) 10/10

To avoid! No room cleaning even on request, no laundry service even though it's noted in the specifications, and above all no possibility of leaving suitcases after check-out. The staff aren't very helpful either.
