Negatives: Parking, stated at $65/night, was somehow $--- with taxes and fees for two nights. Saw a much better deal online for 30% off and free parking after I booked.

Positives: The restaurant was exceptional. The coffee in the morning in the lobby was a nice bonus but it wasn't very good. I'd recommend the coffee in the restaurant. Access to walk on the Embarcadero was great.

Positives: The room was clean and pleasant. The location worked well for our stay, and provided an excellent walking route to the SS Jeremiah O'Brien for our all day Fleet Week cruise. The front desk and parking attendants are extremely accomodating. The front desk staff organized, and the parking attendants faciliated our ability to stow our bags in a locked area, and park all day after check-out. The resturant is pleasant and dinner on Friday evening was quite good (far better than the typical wharf fried food!) Thank you to all at the Hotel Zoe!
Negatives: Two of the front desk staff (at Friday evening check in and Saturday morning check out) appeared a tad harried and perhaps annoyed by my questions and requests.
